Welcome to the East Bristol Chorus. Singing is one of the few activities that everyone enjoys on one level or another. Whether you enjoy singing around the house, in the car, in the shower, at work, doing the house work or even singing along with your favourite band or singer; it is almost impossible to get through a day without singing something. There is also nothing quite like the feeling of singing on mass. Let’s face it; we haven’t been doing it since the dawn of mankind for nothing!!
The East Bristol Chorus aims to give everyone the opportunity to sing in a chorus irrespective of their experience, ability or age. We really do welcome everyone.
The singers work on a large range of music from the stage, film, the charts and the classics. We sing in parts so both men and women are equally welcome.
The singers are lead by Mark Williams who is not only a professional vocal coach, but also a freelance musical director. Mark has also founded the East Bristol Youth Chorus , Tor Voices, The Henley Show Chorus and the popular Black And Red Cabaret. Mark believes that music making should be a fun a sociable activity so there are refreshments provided and a break in the middle to enable members to catch up and have a good natter.
The Chorus meets at the Emersons Green Village hall on Monday evenings between 7.15pm and 8.45pm.
If you would like further information about the chorus or any of the activities please do not hesitate to contact Mark on 07925 882 862 or email info@beatfourfour.co.uk
