The St Mary’s Church Recitals are a series of recitals performed in the beautiful surroundings of Westonzoyland’s 15th century parish church in the heart of Somerset. The recitals give the students of Beat Four Four the opportunity to devise, prepare and perform their own 45 minute recital. The music performed ranges from the Renaissance to the Great American Songbook, so there truly is something for everyone. Although the recital series is still in its early days, we have seen the standard of performances increase as well as the size of the quite considerable audience. So why not come along, listen to some great music and even enjoy a bite to eat after the performance...
